Very bright, lots of settings, has a magnetic base, would be great for emergency roadside repairs at night . Very compact for bike travel.
Well... an old guy like me always needs more light, and this Magnetic Work Light has become my absolute go-to for fixing the bike and finding tools. My old bike has way too many nooks and crannies where bolts like to disappear, and this light is the only reason I’m not still searching for that last ****.
The magnetic base is a lifesaver—I just slap it onto the frame or the lift, and I’ve got hands-free illumination exactly where I need it. It’s bright, rechargeable, and tough.
One weird catch though: it’s picky about charging. It’ll only juice up with a standard USB-A to USB-C cable. If you try a modern USB-C to USB-C cable (like the ones for a new phone or laptop). Kind of a strange quirk, but as long as you keep the right cable in your toolbox, you’re golden.
Honestly, the light works so well it makes me realize how much I really need a new bike! If I win that Husqvarna 501s, this light is going straight into my new trail kit. No more hunting for dropped washers in the dark!"
Very handy light. It has multiple illumination options including Red light which is quite handy when doing astrological work. The lights have good intensity. The only knock I can give is that the body is high impact plastic and not metal. The pro to this knock is that it does keep the overall weight down. The magnetic surface was plenty strong and was handy on my trailer ribs.
A bright light with many modes, it’s versatile. The magnetic actually holds well, unlike many competitors. I just got it, so we’ll see.
Very handy light. Folds small enough to put in my tool pack for trail riding. The magnet keeps both hands free. As I get older, the extra light really helps with trail side repairs.
