HI, I'M JAMES

I started Expedition Ranch in 2023 to pursue a passion and make a difference for all of us who love our public lands, campers, and off-roading!

For the last 3 years I lived on the road with my dog Ruger in my self built Adventure Camper, and it opened my eyes to the problems we are up against in the fight for our public lands.

A RUDE AWAKENING

While I have been fortunate enough to explore the beauty of America’s public lands the last few years, I’ve also seen the unpleasant truth- with trash being only the start of our problems. We are losing our access.

As a result of the misuse and mistreatment of these public spaces, closures are occurring across the country. Seeing this happen right in front of me in Moab last year sparked a crazy idea- Giving away my rig and starting Expedition Ranch. 

MAKING AN IMPACT

I want to be able to make a difference in this community and preserve our lands for generations to come. 10% of our bottom line here is donated to public lands conservation, education, stewardship, cleanups, and fighting to keep our favorite places open. We hope you join us in this fight!

To be able to make a difference by pursuing my passions of building and giving away my own unique campers has been incredible, and I am so thankful for all of those who have supported me, believed in me, and made this dream a reality!
