Expedition Ranch Members-Only Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Expedition Ranch, LLC (“Sponsor”), 1090 S Wadsworth Blvd, Unit C-127-3145, Lakewood, CO 80226.
   
   
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 48 United States & D.C. (excluding Florida and New York), age 18+ (19+ in AL/NE; 21+ in MS). Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
   
   
3. Sweepstakes Period. This Sweepstakes is conducted only in calendar months when Sponsor has no other active sweepstakes. The entry period runs from 12:00 a.m. MT on the 1st day of the month through 11:59 p.m. MT on the last day of that month.
   
   
4. How to Enter.
   
   

• Automatic Member Entries: Active members in good standing automatically receive entries during the Sweepstakes Period
  
  
• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): On a plain 4"×6" postcard (no envelopes), legibly hand-print in blue ink: full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email, and “Members-Only Sweepstakes.” Mail to:
  Expedition Ranch, 1090 S Wadsworth Blvd Unit C-127-3145, Lakewood, CO 80226.
  Each postcard counts as three (3) entries. Postcards must be postmarked by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period and received within 5 business days. No mechanical reproductions. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  
  

1. Entry Limits. Maximum of 1,000 total entries per person per Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Attempts to exceed this limit may result in disqualification.
   
   
2. Prize. One (1) winner will receive $500 cash (Approximate Retail Value: $500). Prize is non-transferable.
   
   
3. Winner Selection. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries within 10 days after the Sweepstakes closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
4. Notification. Potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. Winner must respond within 7 days and complete required documents to claim the prize. If not, Sponsor may select an alternate.
   
   
5. Publicity & Release. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims related to participation or prize use. Where permitted, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
   
   
6. General Conditions. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible, or damaged entries; technical errors; or events beyond Sponsor’s control that affect the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or similar issues impair its integrity.
   
   
7. Governing Law. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Entrants agree disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions) in state or federal courts located in Colorado.
   
   
8. Winners List/Rules. For the winner’s name or a copy of these Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address in Rule 1 within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
