(the “Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  PURCHASING A PRODUCT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Void in New York, Florida, Hawaii and Alaska. 

1. SWEEPSTAKES DATES:  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on Feb. 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on June 7, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in Mountain Standard Time.  

2.  ELIGIBILITY:  Open to: i) legal permanent residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Florida and New York) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi), or ii) legal permanent residents of Canada, excluding Quebec who are at least the age of majority in their province/territory as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”).  Employees, officers and directors of Expedition Ranch, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void in Quebec, Florida, New York and outside of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia, Canada and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

3. BONUS ENTRY PERIODS: The Sweepstakes Periods will also include 1 Bonus entry period. Each Bonus Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m MST and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on the start date and end date as outlined below.

Purchase entries collected from Feb 27th, 2026 to June 7th, 2026, will be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. Review entries must be received by June 14th, 2026 to be eligible for the grand prize drawing. All AMOE (defined below) entries must be postmarked by June 8th, 2026 and received by June 14th, 2026 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. For each Bonus Entry Period, there will be a drawing to randomly select one (1) Bonus Entry Period Prize Winner (each, a “Bonus Entry Period Prize Winner”) and each Bonus Entry Period Prize Winner will win a Bonus Entry Period prize (the “Bonus Entry Period Prize”).  All non-winning eligible entries will carry over to subsequent Bonus Entry Period drawings.  All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. 

4. TO ENTER:  There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 

• ONLINE PURCHASE: Visit www.expeditionranch.com (the “Website”) and make a purchase of any product deemed allowable for purchase to receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD purchased at the Website. Entrants will need to provide all of the required information as requested in order to submit and complete a purchase. Upon completion of the above, Entrant will automatically receive the entry or entries based on the amount of the purchase (excludes sales tax and shipping/handling charges).  Any returns, refunds or exchanges on purchases during the Sweepstakes Period will result in entries being void.
• CURRENT MEMBER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who are current members automatically receive the following number of entries on the first of each month based on their membership tier for each monthly transaction processed during the Sweepstakes Period:
• Basecamp – 150 Monthly Entries
• Trailhead – 300 Monthly Entries
• Backcountry – 750 Monthly Entries
• Summit - 1,000 Monthly Entries 
• QUICK ENTRY PURCHASE: Entrants who purchase “QUICK ENTRIES” during the sweepstakes period through the Sponsor’s Website will automatically receive the following number of entries based on the Quick Entry tier:
• Bronze Quick Entries – 100 Entries
• Silver Quick Entries – 250 Entries
• Gold Quick Entries– 500 Entries
• Platinum Quick Entries- 1,000 Entries 
• REFERRAL ENTRIES: Entrants who have previously made a purchase may choose to share a “referral link” made available to them after checkout in the confirmation email and made available in the customer portal. If the entrant (referrer) shares this link with a “potential entrant” and the “potential entrant” makes a purchase through that link, the referring entrant will receive one hundred (100) bonus entries and the referred entrant will also receive 100 bonus entries. Entries will only be awarded for purchases made through the referral link and entries will automatically be tracked and updated.
• REVIEW ENTRIES: Entrants who leave a review to be published on Expeditionranch.com will receive fifty (50) bonus entries for leaving a written review through JudgeMe which is the software that the sponsor utilizes to collect reviews. Entrants who leave a written review with an image of themselves and/or the product purchased will receive one hundred (100) bonus entries. Entrants are limited to one review entry method per sweepstakes and a total of (100) review entries. Review entries will be added to the Entrants account manually and may take up to a week to be added. Review Entries must be submitted by the “Review Receive By Date” listed above in prize periods.
• CART BOOSTER: By purchasing a “Cart Booster" at the time of check out the entrant will multiply all the entries in their current cart by the advertised multiplier. For example, if the purchase amount is $100 (100 entries)  and the “2x Cart Booster” is purchased which is $20 (20 entries), the Entrant would receive 240 total entries. If an entrant purchases multiple cart boosters only the highest multiplier will apply to the order. Cart Boosters are limited to a maximum of a 5X multiplier.
• PROMOTIONAL MULTIPLIER: From time to time the sponsor may choose to initiate a “Promotional Multiplier Period” where all purchase entries will automatically be multiplied by the promotional multiplier. This multiplier will never exceed 5 times (5X) the standard 1 entry for every $1 spent. The “Cart Booster” may still be used to further multiply entries. For example if the purchase amount is $100 during a 2x promotional multiplier period the entrant would receive 200 entries into the sweepstakes. If the entrant was to additionally purchase a $20 “2x Cart Booster” during the same purchase the entrant would receive 480 total entries. (The price of the cart booster is also included in the calculation.)
• DOUBLE ENTRY PRODUCTS: Certain Products may be worth “Double Entries” meaning 2 Entries for every $1 spent. Double Entry Products will be labeled as “Double Entries”. 
• SPENDING TIER BONUS ENTRIES:  When the entrant spends over the promoted dollar value the Entrant will receive the advertised bonus entries with their purchase. The spending tiers are as follows:
• 150 bonus entries for orders at or over $100 before shipping and taxes 
• 300 bonus entries for orders at or over $200 before shipping and taxes
• OTHER BONUS ENTRIES: Sponsor may offer additional bonus entries not listed above and may not exceed 300 entries per bonus to promote the entrant to take certain actions. Example: 25 bonus entries when the entrant signs up for email & sms marketing.

Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

• ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”):  To receive entries into the Sweepstakes without making a purchase Entrants may send up to three (3) postcards per day to receive entries. On a plain white 4” x 6” postcard (ENVELOPE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED), legibly handprint (no cursive) on the front of the postcard in blue ink first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, e-mail address, and send to: Expedition Ranch, 1090 S Wadsworth Blvd Unit C-127-3145, Lakewood, CO 80226.  Entries must be postmarked and received by the dates outlined in section 3, “ENTRY PERIODS”.  Each postcard is considered (10) entries into the respective Entry Period drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing. To receive the multiplier, please include the word “MULTIPLIER” hand-written in the bottom left-hand side of the postcard to receive the maximum combined multiplier for a total of one hundred (100) entries per AMOE. To be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing, all AMOE’s must be postmarked by June 8th, 2026, and received by June 14th, 2026. NO ENVELOPES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL ENTRANT INFORMATION REQUESTED MUST BE ON ONE SIDE OF THE POSTCARD. MULTIPLE AMOE’s (in excess of three postcards) FROM THE SAME SENDER WITH THE SAME POST MARK DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. LIMIT OF 3 AMOE’s SENT PER DAY. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void.  No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage due or damaged mailed entries.

Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of ten thousand (10,000) entries per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any Entrants who gain more than 10,000 entries will forfeit the entries in excess of 10,000.  Entry information becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants however purchase entries may be tracked through the online portal at expeditionranch.com with the email address used at purchase.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

5.  WINNING/ODDS: 

Bonus Entry Period Drawings: For each Bonus Entry Period during the Sweepstakes, one (1) Bonus Entry Period Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that respective Bonus Entry Period and any previous Bonus Entry Periods in a random drawing conducted through a third party random selection software and is final and binding in all respects. Sponsors' decisions are final. Odds of winning any Bonus Entry Period Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each Bonus Entry Period and subsequent Bonus Entry Periods.

Grand Prize Drawing: On or about June 17th, 2026, one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted through third party random selection software and is final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via phone call, e-mail or mail within two (2) business days of the date in which the potential Grand Prize Winner is selected (the “Notification”). In order to claim his/her Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond to the Notification within two weeks (14 days) by providing the Required Documents (as defined in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section below). In the event that: (a) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond to the Notification; (b) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to supply the Required Documents; (c) any Notification is returned as undeliverable; and/or (d) it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

7. PRIZES:  

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize of a 2025 Husqvarna FE-501s with $4,900 in upgrades having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $18,200 or winner may opt in writing to accept $10,000 USD cash to be awarded in the form of a check in lieu of the vehicle 

Bonus Prize #1: One (1) bonus prize of a Jackery 1000 Power Station having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $799

 

Vehicle color, options, and accessories to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  The Vehicle may have mileage and the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for requesting any mileage.  Grand Prize Winner must have and provide a valid Driver’s License and provide proof of existing Vehicle Insurance Coverage (Comprehensive or Liability) at time of delivery. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, all taxes (federal, state, local, municipal, sales and/or income) and any expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize.  Sponsor does not make, nor is Sponsor in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition; the only representation/warranty/guarantee that may be provided, if any, are those of the manufacturer and/or dealer. Grand Prize Winner must pick up the vehicle within 60 days of notification that the vehicle is ready for pick up in Colorado, exact location to be provided to Grand Prize Winner only.  In the event the Grand Prize Winner is unable to pick up the vehicle within 60 days, the Grand Prize Winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize.  Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements.

VEHICLE CONDITIONS:  The Grand Prize Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after it has been delivered. The depiction of the vehicle in any advertising or promotional materials or physical display may not reflect the actual vehicle condition being awarded. 

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $19,000.

Names of prize manufacturers are used solely for the purpose of identification of the prize. No endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or approval by the prize manufacturer is intended or implied. 

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:  There’s no limit to the number of prizes a person may be awarded.  Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize should become unavailable.  Each prize winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Each prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize he/she has received, including but not limited to any and all federal, state and local taxes.  No more than the number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. 

8. PRIZE CLAIMS:  Grand Prize Winner and Bonus Entry Period Prize Winners will be notified via the contact source provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing date.  Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize Winner and Bonus Entry Period Prize Winners whom won a prize valued over $600 must sign and return to the sponsor an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release (the “Release”) and IRS form W-9 (US Residents) or IRS form W-8BEN (Canadian Residents) in order to claim the Grand Prize or Bonus Entry Period Prize (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within the time frame indicated in the Notification.  If a prize winner is a Canadian Resident, he/she must correctly complete a mathematical skill testing question. If the potential prize winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, or incorrectly answers the mathematical skill testing question, the potential prize winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period or respective Bonus Entry Period(s). The Grand Prize and Bonus Entry Period Prizes valued over $600 is taxable as income and the prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes. The sponsor must report the value of the prize to the IRS in the year the prize is received by the prize winner and will be reported to the prize winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099 for Form 1042-S. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that the potential prize winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor (or any party acting on its behalf) to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the prize, the potential prize winner will be disqualified and another potential prize winner will be selected from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period or respective Bonus Entry Periods(s).  Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements.

Prize winners consent to use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and voice (or any derivation thereof) in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize). 

9. GENERAL:  All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner, if applicable.  By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees:  [a]  to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its franchisees, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from his/her participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and  [c] if a prize winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor’s subsidiaries and affiliates without further notice or compensation (unless prohibited by law) and, except where prohibited, to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.  Sponsor, its licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for; [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; or [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.   Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices  or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, or Sponsor.  Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.  If, for any reason whatsoever, this Sweepstakes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action will be posted on the Website. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.  

10. DISPUTES: ENTRANTS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE GRAND PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, IF ANY, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. WINNERS’ LIST REQUEST: To receive the name of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped (business size) envelope to: Expedition Ranch,1090 S Wadsworth Blvd Unit C-127-3145,. Requests must be received by July 7th, 2026 

14. OFFICIAL RULES:   Visit the Website for a copy of these Official Rules during the Sweepstakes Period.  

This Sweepstakes shall not be published without written permission by Sponsor.
