To keep things fair and square, the grand prize winner is selected using a randomized computer software—and we don’t do it ourselves. We’ve hired a Third Party Sweepstakes Administrator (National Sweepstakes) to handle the drawing and ensure that everything is 100% fair, secure, and compliant.

We simply provide them with our entry list, and they take it from there.

As for our bonus prizes, we handle those drawings in-house using a random selection tool. Since we offer so many bonus prizes, bringing in a third party for each one would be a little too pricey for our small business—but rest assured, every winner is chosen at random and with integrity.

Your entries are tracked though our order sheet and are calculated on the back end of our store. Unfortunately as a small business we are waiting to invest the $4,000 it cost for the custom code to show your entries through a portal or in checkout.

We calculate our donation at the end of each sweepstakes based off a DOUBLE DIGIT percentage of the proceeds.

We love our trails and it's a big part of why we started Expedition Ranch. We bake it into everything we do here!

In our first sweepstakes we are proud to have donated a total of $14,000 for our trails, dispersed campsites and public lands

Our mission is to promote conservation of our public lands while doing everything we can to protect our recreational access. AKA our trails and campsites far in the mountains.

We split our donation among various non profits who support that mission. In our current giveaway we are supporting the Blue Ribbon Coalition and Tread Lightly.
