The customer service at Expedition Ranch is phenomenal!
My order accidentally got shipped to an old address I hadn't lived at for over 10 years. I notified customer service via email that the shipping address that Google pay had listed was incorrect. Expedition Ranch apologized for the mistake even though we both knew it was not their fault... and they shipped me out a replacement order immediately at no additional cost to me!
This is the kind of customer service that is becomming harder and harder to find... especially in the age of internet shopping... and I will be making future purchases from Expedition Ranch because I want to support a company that is willing to do what it takes to keep a happy customer.

Just got my starter. Really nice look. Strikes easy and sends big sparks. I like this set a lot I cant wait to take it out camping.
